Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to Penzion Al Capone Mníšek, Pražská 1617, 252 10 Mníšek pod Brdy, Czech Republic.

Cancellation fees

• cancellation 14 or more days before arrival: free of charge,
• 13–10 days before arrival: 20 % of the total price,
• 9–5 days before arrival: 30 % of the total price,
• 4–2 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price,
• 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival: 100 % of the total price.

The same periods apply when shortening a stay. No fee is charged in case of unavoidable events (death in the family, natural disaster) documented within 3 days. If a deposit higher than the fee has been paid, the difference will be refunded. No refund is given for early departure not caused by the guesthouse.

How to cancel

Cancel via the link in your confirmation e-mail (Manage booking), by e-mail or by letter. We will confirm the cancellation by e-mail. Bookings made via Booking.com are subject to Booking.com conditions.
