• Bookings can be made online, by phone or by e-mail. Submitting an online booking creates a binding order, confirmed by e-mail.
• For bank transfers, the booking is confirmed once the deposit or full amount is received within the stated period; otherwise it may be cancelled after a reminder.
• Prices are in CZK including VAT. The local tourist tax is charged separately.
• Payment by bank transfer (variable symbol = booking number), online by card, or on site in cash or by card. We do not store any card data.
• Cancellations follow the cancellation policy; your stay follows the house rules.
• Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
